Employee turnover behavior has long been a concern of scholars at home and abroad.Scholars in the past studied the contents of the theory of employee turnover and focusedon the research of the factors that lead to employee turnover.However, he mechanism ofhow these factors affect employees is not an in-depth discussion. They thought thatemployee turnover is caused by the continuous changes of a series of related factors.Based on the previous studies and the theory of employee turnover contents,combined with the knowledge of catastrophe theory, the paper studies the behavior ofemployee in the view of mutation,analyze the the mechanism of related factors onemployee turnover.Firstly,we analyze the task process of IT enterprise,compare it with the productionprocess of traditional manufacture enterprise and fidnd their similarities.Then we studythe characteristics of task process of IT enterprise and design a simulation model basedon discrete event simulation method.We develop a simulation system on anylogic andresearch on the impact of task arrive and type on employee’s busy rate.Then, based on the theory of employee turnover contents and catastrophetheory,we choose relative rewards, challenge of work, labor supply and demand ratio andenterprise binding as the critical factors.the paper analyze the impact of these factors onemployee turnover and establishe a catastrophe model of employee turnover in ITenterprises.Finaly,we establish a integrated simulation model of employee turnover in ITenterprises based on the previous research.We analyze the turnover behavior of employeesin IT enterprises by the integrated model and look for ways to reduce the number ofemployees that leaving the IT enterprises in order to ensure the healthy development ofenterprises.
