Abstract


As competition between companies in our country become fierce, performance management is increasingly becoming an important means in enterprise human resource management. It helps enterprises to improve the ability to create performance persistently. But there are still exist many problems during the process of implementing performance management of the enterprise in our country, such as lacking of scientific understanding of performance management, the construction of performance management system is not perfect, performance appraisal become a mere formality, and only pay attention to the performance management results, not attach importance to the management process problems etc. Zixing mobile company is faced with the improvement and optimization problems in performance management system.Based on the systematic research perspective, the paper uses performance management theory and related incentive theory of human resource management to diagnose and analyse the current performance management system in Zixing mobile company. Then it puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures to the company’s performance management system by using human resource management professional knowledge. At last, selecting Zixing mobile company as the object of empirical analysis, it comes up with four measures, such as hiring professional human resources management personnel, constructing dialogue mechanism, paying attention to management concept introduction, and perfecting work and management process. These four aspects help the optimized performance management system to put into effect. They paly the role of the security, in order to improve the company’s management level of comprehesive performance.
