Abstract


Lean production is an effective way to improve the method of production, reduce thecosts of business operation and improve the quality of products for modern manufacturingenterprises. More and more enterprises are beginning to realize the advantages leanproduction brings about in enterprises competitive. The thesis have analyzed theproduction status and product quality of the company on the basis of the research on SFCompany, and then put forward a set of lean production implementation.First of all, this thesis discusses the research background and significance of thestudy, people’s diversified needs making the mode of more varieties and small batchproduction into the mainstream, enterprises need to improve the existing mode ofproduction in order to adapt to the change of market environment. Lean production is justan effective mode of production for enterprises to adapt to the production environment.Then, the thesis have analyzed egesting problems in the production workshop of SFcompany, mode a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the quality of products which takethe influencing factors on the quality of products as evaluation index. Through theanalysis pointed out that the company needs to implement lean manufacturing to improveproduction and quality deficiencies. Once again, propose a complete lean productionimplementation package on SF’s production to improve. Finally, analysis the results of theimplementation of the programmer briefly.
