Abstract


By the rapid deve lopment of animation ind ustry in recent years, the rapiddeve lopme nt of capita l market to provide more diversified fina nc ing, the fina nc ingway of change will cha nge the company’s fina ncing c osts, make the company capita lstructure have greatly changed. A promine nt feature of the capita l structure of theChinese animation companies is the preference of equity capita l, and the proportion ofdebt fina nc ing is low, this phenome non is contrary to the class ical capita l structuretheory.This paper combining with the actua l s ituatio n of our countr y’s secur ities marketand existing research achie veme nts firstly combs the capita l structure of the relatedtheory, inc lud ing MM theory and trade-off theory.As the research object,do a detailedresearch to the present capita l structure situation、proble ms. First, the paper ana lyzesthe current s ituatio n of the gdalp ha company and for ming process; Secondly, throughanalyzing and peer compar ison, finds out t he proble ms existing in the companycapita l str ucture and influe nce factors; Aga in, on the base of the ana lys is of the staticoptima l capita l structure consider ing the status of the industry, the company capita lstructure influenc ing factors and the company’s financ ia l fle xibility, puts forward thegdalpha company’s optima l capita l structure interva l; F ina lly, the company shouldtake to optimize measures are put forward.On the basis of present cap ital str ucturesituation of the gdalpha animatio n company and the ana lys is of existing proble ms,thispaper discusses how to realize the company’s optima l cap ital structure, fina lly putsforward some measures and suggestions to optimize the company’s capita l structureand improves the va lue of the company.From the ana lys is of the company’s capita l str ucture, we can get the fo llowingconc lus io ns: the gdalp ha company’s capital str ucture is unreasonable:asset-liabilityratio is low, high proportion of current liab ilities, and ownership concentration is toohigh, the weighted average cost of capital is high. Combining with the company’s owncond ition, we can improve the current capita l structure fro m the company’s interna lmana ge ment so as to realize the develop ment of the company.
