Abstract


With the fierce market competition, high development cost and highertechnology risk, high technology enterprise setting up R&D alliance has becomethe main technological innovation mode to improve R&D efficiency, obtain theinnovation ability and implement multiple enterprise win-win, and is animportant way to acquire competitive advantage. With the globalization ofeconomy, the high socialization of management and development, depending onthe technical advantages and material resource advantage only already can notadapt to the new economic era social development and the requirements ofmarket competition, the high technology enterprise R&D alliance pay more andmore attention on the requirement of stakeholders and set up, maintain anddevelop a lasting good relations, relationship capital as a new capital resources,with the influence of the union deepening. Relationship capital are playing amore and more important role in keeping the competition advantage, getting theresources, improving the alliance operation efficiency, and improving thecontribution of alliance performance also appears day by day. Therefore, how toaccurately know relationship capital influence on high technology enterpriseR&D alliance performance gradually become the focus of worth researching.This paper analyze and evaluate the concept of the relationship capital andR&D alliance,alliance performance and other related theory at first, then defineand analyze the relationship capital, features of R&D alliance, expound the hightechnology enterprise R&D alliance formed reason, on the basis of the researchthe relationship capital and alliance performance in the past, this paper introduceintermediate variables organizational learning, integrate organizational learningand relationship capital and alliance innovation performance into a new framesystem, constructs the relationship capital on high technology enterprise R&Dalliance performance influence theory model, uses the questionnaire survey method and apply structural equation model to analysis relationship capital onhigh technology enterprise R&D alliance performance, in order to put forwardthe related countermeasure suggestions to promote high technology enterpriseR&D alliance performance and promote innovative country process, so that toimprove the competitiveness of high technology enterprise of our country.
