Abstract


The emergence of the modern large companies not only leads to the expansion of the scale and technology innovation, but also the great transformation of the enterprise system and the organizational structure of enterprise. The class of salaried managers who have received vocational training is becoming the leader of enterprises instead of the owners. They use administrative means rather than the market price mechanism to configure internal resources, coordinate internal transactions,which form a "visible hand" corresponding to "invisible hand". The generation and the development of modern large companies greatly promote the prosperity and growth of the world economy. With the expansion of company, multinational enterprise groups spring up continually. However, for the limited time of the development of enterprise groups in China, the level of operation and management is not high for most of them.In this paper, we first analyze the related theories of Funds Central Management and review the literature from home and abroad to lay the foundation for this paper; Then, we discuss the characteristics and shortness of traditional mode of Funds Central Management. Facing the shortness, we infer to the innovational mode,the cash pooling. We discuss the reason of the appearance of cash pooling, the characteristics and the application deeply. At last, this paper combines the theory with the case analysis. From the overview of ABC group, we analyze the existing problems of Funds Central Management and study the reform of cash pooling in ABC group in order to provide experience of Funds Central Management for others in the future.
