Abstract


Small and medium-sized enterprises is the national economy important component, in strengthening national power, stimulative obtain employment, active market, improve the people’s living level plays an irreplaceable role.How to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises are facing the common task of all countries in the world.In many of the policies and measures to promote development of medium and small businesses, tax policy plays a very important role.This paper from the province to implement the tax policy to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium enterprises current situation at present the main operating problems and tax policy of promoting insufficient reason as the breakthrough point, through the questionnaire, data and other methods of collecting large amounts of data for major enterprises operating difficulties, preferential policies for the role of field, area difference, on preferential tax policies the stimulative action of the enterprise are analyzed.This paper aimed at the small and medium-sized enterprise development tax policy problems, through drawing lessons from the practice of the developed country, from tax policy to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium enterprises to improve the overall train of thought of the taxation system, to improve the small and medium-sized enterprise tax revenue support, improve tax collection and management pattern, improve the tax payment service on several aspects of the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our province tax policy.
