The purpose of analysis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) in patients with clinical characteristics, prognostic factors may affect . Central South University Xiangya subsidiary of the three hospitals - 2009 , 2002 , 602 cases of hospitalized patients with ITP were analyzed retrospectively and follow-up of relevant data analysis SPSS13.0 statistics software . Results in 602 patients with ITP , a children's group , 277 cases , the male to female ratio of 1.31:1 , aged 10 -14 years old , with a median age of 32 months , before the onset of incentives for 161 cases (58.2 %) , including upper respiratory infections account for 64.6%. No or mild bleeding in 152 cases (54.9%) , moderate bleeding in 107 cases ( 38.7%) , and severe bleeding in 18 cases (6.4 %) , the treatment of the former mean platelet count (20.8 ± 16.8) × 109 / L, moderate above anemia in 45 cases (16.3%) ; adult group of 325 cases , the male to female ratio of 1:2.13 , aged 15-84 years old , with a median age of 30.2 years of age , before the onset of an incentive of 30 cases , accounting for only 9.2% . No or mild bleeding in 138 cases (42.5%) , moderate bleeding in 146 cases (44.9 %) , and severe bleeding in 41 cases (12.6 %) , pre-treatment platelet count average ( 20.52 ± 19.26 ) × 109 / L in The degree of anemia in 73 cases , accounting for more than 22.4% . Follow-up of children 137 cases , of which effective treatment in 107 cases ( 78.1% ) , ineffective in 30 cases (21.9 %) ; follow-up adult 157 cases , the therapeutically effective 99 cases (63.1%) , invalid in 58 cases ( 36.9% ) . Prognostic factors analysis : short duration of disease in children and adults with ITP Newly Diagnosed , 2 weeks after treatment platelet peak , before treatment, bone marrow megakaryocytes prognosis ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; younger age , the platelet rise faster after treatment , bone marrow lymphatic system and a large proportion of children with ITP good prognosis ; doctor WBC and platelet count adult prognosis ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion 1 children 's ITP patients with acute type more common prior to the onset of more than a history of infections , most of the patients with a good prognosis ; adult ITP predilection for women of childbearing age , before the onset of multi- infection history , mostly chronic process . 2 , skin and mucous membrane bleeding is the most common clinical manifestations of ITP , the low proportion of severe bleeding . 3 , the first visit short duration of disease , after treatment , the platelet fast rise time , an increase in the number of bone marrow megakaryocytes of ITP patients with good prognosis . 4 and younger , the increased leukocyte adult bone marrow lymphoid lineage number of children and visit prognosis .
