Abstract


ReBAM is an interactive open space between urban and rural areas and a new scene oftraveling and relaxing experiences for local residents and tourists, which is beneficial toprompt the local government and residents to protect the ecological environment, to promotecommunication of cultural，economic and information between urban and rural areas, and tostimulate the development of both regional tourism and society. Jining is the hometown ofConfucius and Mencius, the Canal City, owing rich tourism and cultural resources, which makeit a famous tourist destination. However the recreation development is still in its infancy.Therefore, the research of Jining City ReBAM development strategy is very necessary.The first part of this paper introduces the research background, the research situation athome and abroad and research methods etc; the second part describes the theory and basicinformation about ReBAM and analyzes the development conditions and problems of JiningReBAM; the third part mainly uses the SWOT analysis method to pointed out the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Jining City ReBAM development; The fourth andfifth parts introduce the Jining City ReBAM development strategy formulation andimplementation strategy,finding so, wo, sT, wT strategy and the corresponding development ofideas on the basis of SWOT analysis method, then analyzes ReBAM marketing strategyimplements; part six puts forward safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategywhich proposed Jining ReBAM development strategy; part seven is mainly about theconclusions and prospect.This paper make a research of recreation conditions of residents in Jining City, withmethod of design and issue questionnaires, and get a good reflection of the feature of customermarket and various measures. Then the paper use analysis method to analysis the City ReBAMin details and propose feasibility of development with reference to the transformationdevelopment of traditional tourism city.
