Abstract


With the rapid development of national economy, self-drive tourism (hereinafter referred to as self-drive) is in the ascendant in our country, and in the foreseeable future, self-drive is destined to become yet another important way to travel. Ngari Tibet, with its distance, special environment, mysterious culture, beautiful scenery, has become a tourist destination of countless tourists, especially the self-drive tourists in mind. Unceasing Tibet logs and experiences were written in the network by self-drive tourists, some car enterprises by organizing convoys to Tibet for the brand promotion. Under these backgrounds, this article hope for local travel development to provide some reference opinions and policy support through the study of self-drive travel theory analysis and practical development operations of Ngari Tibet.Begins elaborated the background and significance of this study, then summarizes self-drive tourism theory from human geography theory and tourism theory, and through the domestic and foreign research review summarized the expert scholar of self-drive tourism angle and progress. Combined with the actual situation of Tibet’s Ngari, a comprehensive analysis of local natural resources, geographical environment, human factors, and tourism resources, infrastructure conditions was fully described. Highlights on introduction of tourism industry development status quo and self-drive tourism present situation of Ngari, and analysis local advantages and disadvantages, opportunity and challenge, concluded Ngari self-drive tourism development of external conditions and internal conditions are already mature conclusion.On this basis, self-drive tourism status quo is analyzed in detail, and collects samples of self-drive tourists and intends to Ngari self-drive tourists’ behavioral characteristics by market questionnaire survey method, after than analysis and synthesis study found that self-driving tourists in choosing travel destinations decision-making mature, relatively fully prepared plan relatively detailed, and also found that the travel experience of others on the self-driving tourists choose to have a greater impact, then launched a sustained and effective word-of-mouth publicity and formed a certain scale brand is the point of view of Ngari self-drive tourism marketing of important ways. Discuss the self-drive tourism market positioning and product development; and according to the " point axis " development theory, established a regional development model of self-drive tourism with specific circumstances in Ngari. Combined with the specific practice in Ngari and consider the future development, designed self-drive circuit based on the shortest distance principle and the theme lines principle, choose a relatively reasonable self-drive camp based on network shortest path problem. Finally, learn from foreign experience, and make recommendations for security system construction of Ngari; proposed development the self-drive information platform, operated commercial operation led to government support views; discusses the possible impact on the local community by self-drive tourism development, self-drive tourism development will promote the prosperity of the local catering and accommodation industry and enhance the concept of local residents, but tourists arrival may also cause a series of problems. The paper concludes some suggestions from self-drive tourism association and the government perspective:put much emphasis on regional effect, improve the organizational system, introduction of relevant policies, and strengthen marketing.
