Abstract


Enterprise Group is an important management model of enterprisc.The development of enterprise groups effects the development of economic lifeline of the country and national competition in the international economic position in a large extent. It is very necessary and urgent to researeh on the problem of the development of enterprise groups in China, under this context,highlight the roles of financial management, construst are a reasonable and effective for the specific circumstances of the enterprise financial management.This paper uses theory as the foundation, conducts the research to the financial management in China Telecom group,make clear information system,establish effective budget management,set up unified funds managementand arrange fit debt structure.In this way,it is helpful for the Telecom group’s develop to minimize financial risk and earn more and more profit.
