Purpose, evaluation SonoVue contrast - enhanced contrast help to improve the real-time three-dimensional echocardiography right ventricular endocardial imaging quality. 2, evaluation of contrast - enhanced (contrast enhanced real-time three dimensional echocardiography) and the end of the routine (routine real-time three dimensional echocardiography) real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in the assessment of right ventricular end-diastolic (right ventricular end-diastole volume) and shrinkage volume (right ventricular end-systolic volume) and ejection fraction (right ventricular ejection fraction) the accuracy and repeatability. Methods: 1,35 healthy volunteers conventional real-time three-dimensional echocardiography right ventricular imaging and sound Dirk 1.25mg/5ml, 2.5mg/5ml and 5mg/5ml three different dose of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography right ventricular contrast - enhanced imaging, right ventricular endocardial whole is divided into six segments, endocardial imaging quality is divided into three levels: 0 = clear, 1 = barely visible, 2 = clear display, more conventional imaging and three different dose sound Dirk dose contrast imaging conditions of the right ventricle as a whole and segmental endocardial score. 2, in line with the inclusion requirements in 30 cases, within 24 hours of conventional real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (rRT3DE), SonoVue contrast-enhanced real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (cRT3DE) and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging movies (cMRI). Were used Tom-Tec 4D RV-Function CAP software for offline analysis on the RT3DE and Argus software cMRI image to calculate right ventricular end-diastolic volume (RVEDV), right ventricular end-systolic volume (RVESV) and right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF ), the comparative study of three methods of measurement accuracy and repeatability. Results of imaging index of 1, of SonoVue 2.5mg/5ml overall endocardial highest, 9.7 ± 1.8, are than rRT3DE group 8.2 ± 2.2, SonoVue 1.25mg/5ml 8.3 of ± 2.2 with SonoVue 5mg/5ml 9.3 ± 2.4 (p LT; 0.001). Relative to the segment endocardial rRT3DE, SonoVue 2.5mg/5ml group in the right ventricular free wall, right ventricular apex and right ventricular outflow tract imaging score index improved significantly (P lt; 0.01). SonoVue 1.25mg/5ml group does not improve right ventricular endocardial imaging index. Compare cMRI rRT3DE the overestimate RVESV (p lt; 0.05), the underestimated RVEDV (p lt; 0.05) and RVEF (p lt; 0.05); while only a cRT3DE-overestimate RVESV of to underestimate RVEDV RVEF trend, but The difference was not statistically significant. Compare rRT3DE cRT3DE right ventricular volume and function test values ??cMRI of the more relevant (RVEDV, R = 0.95vs0.82, t = 2.48, p lt; 0.05; RVESV, r = 0.94vs0.76, t = 2.7 , p lt; 0.05; RVEF, r = 0.91 vs 0.70, t = 2.43, p lt; 0.05). Bland-Altman analysis showed that Compared with rRT3DE, cRT3DE and cMRI right ventricular volume and function of the measured value of the difference the mean smaller, more narrow limits of agreement, cRT3DE measured value in the inter-and intraobserver variation smaller. Conclusions: 1 the sound Dirk 2.5mg/5ml, Bolus right ventricular contrast - enhanced contrast can significantly improve right ventricular endocardial imaging index, right ventricular endocardial tracings more reliable. 2 Contrast - Enhanced SonoVue contrast significantly improved contrast-enhanced real-time three-dimensional echocardiographic assessment of right ventricular volume and ejection fraction accuracy and repeatability.
