Abstract


China reform and opening-up has ushered in the new stage, the next major retailformat not only to face the market environment amidst the winds of change, but alsoto adjust the old system problems, strengthen the foundation, adjust profit model, inthe increasingly fierce competition now, make a change has its own the operatingcharacteristics of the road.With the help of mobile Internet wings, O2O concept is a fever. The line of thedifferent advantages, integration is an inevitable trend, you have me, I have you,mutual promotion. More and more online retailers choose open entity shop experience,or to the store business and improve service. But the more physical retailers have alsoexpand online business, or new technology can improve customer experience, linemore and more not obvious segmentation. Through the comparative analysis ofSuning and Gome O2O mode, this paper concludes the basic framework of O2Omodel of department stores.In the new situation, intime department store chain corporation also faces thesame problem. This paper summarizes four kinds of leasing, traditional businessmodel of the consignment, pool, self support and integration of the four models withthe line in combination with the new business model of O2O Department store.Analysis using SWOT, compares the advantages and disadvantages of intimedepartment store current main patterns, according to the retail enterprise businessmodel elements, from the core layer (Strategic), promote the level (includingcorporate culture, insight, entrepreneurship and innovation ability) and executivelayer surface (including product, market, marketing organization, strategic assetsmanagement and supply network) are analyzed and summarized the intimedepartment store "on the line"(O2O) status of the business model and the futuredevelopment direction. Based on analyzing the intime department store businessmodel elements, this paper puts forward the specific implementation of the strategy ofO2O model, that the chain store industry will have to combine the traditional mode and new commercial mode of O2O in the future.How to better understand the consumer, how to better meet the consumerconsumption on higher prices for better quality, convenience, quality of life pursuit,retailers line need to work together.
