Abstract


In recent years, with China’s rapid economic development, people’s income hasincreased year by year, the development of enterprise speeds up, individuals andenterprises become more and more of the financial services market demand of theproducts. These are the objective requirements of banks or institutions to providegood financial services, meet the needs of individuals and enterprises. Therefore, howto finance projects, how to strengthen financial management, how to occupy thedominant position in the fierce market competition, improve the economic efficiencyof enterprises is not only the leader thinking problem, also is the enterprise in projectmanagement to solve problems.DA YUN FA co.,LTD., founded in1956,investors as RUNTAI group. Its hasbuilt a Taiwan supermarket service network since establishment. Theory of targetmanagement according to the project implementation process, in combination withNXYZJ "RT Mart supermarket" financial project,"RT Mart supermarket" projectpreparation, implementation stage and project management are analyzed and proposedcountermeasures. Through the development of NXYZJ, the macro environment on thedevelopment of NXYZJ financial project by using PEST analysis and industrialenvironment are analyzed; at the same time, using the SWOT analysis method and thePotter five forces model to analyze the internal environment. And on this basis, putsforward the measures to solve the problem. In the project preparation stage, on theone hand, actively learn others successful experience, conduct internal reform andinnovation continually, improve the management level, give full play to theiradvantages, make up for the inadequacy of their own, and study the theory of projectobjectives management deeply; on the other hand, maintain a good market sensitivity,actively collect market information, create a great market information system,optimize the resources base on each department in the enterprise and ensure theirgood achievements in the project management. In the project implementation stage,pay attention to the implementation of the project management, not only to achievethe purpose of the project, but also to promote the project management level of thestaff, at the same time, actively to seek a win-win situation. In the late stage of theproject, mainly pay attention to summary and study of the successful experience,adjust the enterprise internal management structure under the guidance of experience,strengthen the business level, integrate the resources of the enterprise, promote enterprise development, attach great importance to the infrastructure construction,strengthen enterprise management, and build a harmonious corporate culture."DA YUN FA Supermarket" project is NXYZJ financial project of a successfulcase, it basically is to use project management by objectives the implementation of theproject management theory. The success of the project, and has certain referencevalue for project management in the future.
