Along with the deepening ofreform and opening up, China’s small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role inforeign trade. But small and medium-sized enterprises in active participation in internationaleconomic exchanges and the process of foreign trade, also appeared some problems, main showis excessive price competition, the information is not sensitive, the lack of economies of scale,financing channel not free, low management level, etc. How to further improve thecompetitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the international market has beenbecoming the current international situation, an urgent need to solve the problem. Shandongprovince as a big province of population and resources, and coastal provinces has the congenitaladvantage in trade and economic development, in recent years, the ministry of foreign trade inpulling the entire province economic growth, at the same time, international trade operators alsopresents a trend of diversification, characterized by state-owned enterprises accounted for sharpdecline in exports, foreign-owned enterprises accounted for stable, the proportion of otherenterprises in the export trade is a significant boost, including small and medium-sizedenterprises become a dominant force to promote the development of the province’s export trade.But small and medium-sized enterprises of Shan dong province in the process of conductingforeign trade, also encounter a lot of problems, such as inadequate financing difficulty, theresearch and development of product, operation and management is not standard, enterprise lifecycle is short, the use of resources is extensive, low scale and sales channel is narrow, severelyrestricts the development of small and medium-sized enterprise foreign trade.
