Export trade has been an important factor promoting the economic development,with the development of economic globalization，in recent years World trade friction isgrowing, Chinese trade friction is also showing a growing trend. After the economiccrisis of2008, China’s export trade has declined, but the trade friction is growing trend.In addition, China crisis, China needs to accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure,to strengthen the independent brand innovation, adjust industrial structure as soon aspossible, enterprises should to deep processing, high additional value, quality, creatingfamous brand direction. In order to China’s export trade increases ceaselessly, ourcountry came on stage to promote trade export encouragement policy, including exportsubsidies, export tax rebate and export credit, this paper use export credit insurance torepresent export credit. However the three export encouraging policy which caneffectively promote the export trade of China ’s long-term development, reduce tradefriction, which measures can effectively promote the development of our country ownbrand, it is the issue that article place should discuss.First of all this paper through theoretical knowledge to analyze our country exportencouraging policy on China’s export trade of different role, and then from theencouragement policy efficiency and empirical analysis to prove that three factorsinfluence on China’s export trade, came to the conclusion that the export credit insuranceis to promote export trade policy factors in optimal conclusion. This requires that we, inthe promotion of export trade policy, the government should increase the export creditinsurance to give aid to strength, and should not blindly increase the export tax rebatesand subsidies to promote our country’s export trade. In the final analysis of China’sexport credit insurance status and problems, and puts forward corresponding solvingpolicy.
