Abstract


From 1986 China's first credit card issuance to now our country commercial bank credit card issuers total reached 330000000 (as of the end of 2012) of the scale, the credit card industry has entered a new era of development in China, commercial banks have been more and more attention to construction and credit card credit card brand product in the future the development of. In this background, China's commercial banks have set up credit card center, specializing in credit card business, after the initial development of "Happy Valley enclosure" type, the credit card business of our country began to set mode transition of intensive operation, in which, intensive operation of commercial bank credit card background operation business has become a key factor in the credit card business to reduce operating costs, improve economic efficiency, improve credit card service level. This paper first introduced the commercial bank credit card business production and development in our country, analyzed the credit card center to establish an important role in China's credit card industry and the credit card market construction, briefly introduced our country commercial bank credit card business development. Then, the article describes the necessity of the status quo of China's commercial bank credit card business and intensive operation, as well as foreign credit card business in the intensive operation experience, demonstrates the important role of intensive operations. Finally, this paper explains the existing specific modes of large state-owned commercial banks and small and medium commercial bank credit card business of intensive operations, through the business case, in words with the graph way, cost benefit analysis, put forward to some feasible suggestions for our country commercial bank credit card business development in the future, and expounds the significance and effect of intensive operation intensive large state-owned commercial bank credit card business regional centralized and small and medium commercial banks to outsourcing to reduce operating costs, improve economic efficiency and service quality.
