Abstract


Internet banking as an innovative way of financial services, has advanced with home organization, which is unmatched by traditional banks, it broke through time and space constraints, improve bank customers to conduct business efficiency and quality.1995China first appeared online banking services, to date, there was a relatively slow development of Internet banking, regional development is very uneven and so on. So the need for the factors affecting online banking specific analysis and synthesis, thereby enhancing the coverage of online banking, and promote the healthy development of online banking.Based on consumer behavior and the use of technology adoption Integration Theory (UTAUT), take the survey research methods, to college students as research samples, before integration scholars of technology adoption model and its evolution on the basis of the literature, for empirical analysis, influence consumer online banking using the factors and the original model according to the actual situation of research and college students to correct financial management features, as well as online banking service providers to offer constructive comments.Determination of the relationship in the model, the main use of empirical analysis. By SPSS19.0statistical analysis software factors, relevant, regression and analysis of variance. The results show that:performance expectations, effort expectancy and social influence and college students use online banking usage intentions into positive correlation between. Perceived risks associated with the use of college students use online banking intentions into a negative correlation between.Students use online banking intention (BI), facilitate conditions (FC) with the use of online banking actual usage(AU) as a positive causal relationship. There is no use of online banking experience and the experience of the students using online banking in the effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI) and facilitate conditions (FC) and differ; monthly income (month living expenses) will affect different college students (SI) and facilitate conditions (FC) and differ.Innovation of this paper lies in using the latest e-commerce models-technology adoption and utilization of Integration Theory (UTAUT), and college students for the study, combined with China’s national conditions empirical analysis, that is, through empirical research students in Dalian, to confirm the model in the field of online banking feasibility of using online banking at the same time revealing factors brought about practical significance.
