Abstract


With the development of financial industry, financial services in rural areas has become a little weak in the financial system which has become gradually complete, especially in recent years the joint-stock banks have turned to high-end market in the aspect of business management, market competition, goal-management, risk control, potential customer development, which has made this situation more obvious. The demand of agricultural financial has become more and more obvious. The four state-owned banks in perfecting system of market competition and the agriculture policy that issued by state has turned from specialization and pointy support to flexible and controlled. Under this background, the appearance of rural bank make up the blank of financial market on the aspect of developing agriculture and the focus of agricultural finance, we are aiming to extend to a more widely agricultural industry. China’s rural banks have developed for seven years, not only realized a reasonable competition between rural banks and other banks, but also complete the means and ability of financial service. Rural banks have become the main force of agriculture development and middle and small sized enterprise development. However, because the rural bank’s small scale and geographical dispersion, there exists risk in its business process and the risk seriously restricted the sustainable development of rural banks. So under the tendency of rural banks fast development, how to control the business risk furthest has become a big issue which international and domestic academics pay high attention. Therefore, this paper takes Puyang crane Silver rural banks as the research object, discusses and studies the risk management of rural band issue.In this paper, according to the deep analysis of Puyang crane Silver’s management, using investigation and statistical method and literature conclude method and actively explore and study the rural banking risk reasons and put forward the related countermeasures.In this thesis, through the three steps of put forward problem, analysis the problem and solve the problem to discuss and study the business risk. Firstly, state the background of rural banks, domestic and foreign research about the risk of bank management. Secondly, introduce introducing the bank risk management theory. Once again, introduce the current situation of Puyang crane Silver bank, analysis the business risk issue at the present stage. Finally put forward the countermeasures to improve the risk management level of Puyang crane Silver Village bank.
