This paper starts from the problem, through thecollection of internal information integration and studying literature, interviews andtelephone survey of C bank private bank, gather experience and insights into the front-line staff, combined with the practical experience of its work, study thetransformation scheme. Causes of scheme from several angles of macro environment,competitive environment and the SWOT method in-depth analysis of C bank privatebank restricting the development problems, and propose the corresponding solutions,Including the transformation goal, content, implementation steps and thetransformation of the transformation transformation implementation of safeguardmeasures.
