Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of economy of China, the rapidgrowth of wealth management market of China, in order to meet customers’ growingdemand changes, private banking business' dissertation">private banking business of China has entered a rapid developmentperiod, the Banks have set up a private bank conduits, take market share. Currently, the private banking business withlow risk, high income, is recognized as the new profit growth point, is also theChinese commercial bank restructuring and development of the important points.Therefore, clarifying the concept of business development of private banking, tostandardize the service system of private banking as soon as possible, promote privatebanking franchise transformation is the business itself, the need to develop, also is animportant direction of Bank adjustment of business structure and income structure.At present, C bank private bank is committed to provide a full range of servicesto private banking clients personal, family and enterprise, but due to increasedcustomer demand, market competition, many of the problems encountered, such asthe realization of function is limited, the product and the service system is not perfect,service ability is insufficient, the service flow and the imperfect system, these restrictthe development of private bank. This paper starts from the problem, through thecollection of internal information integration and studying literature, interviews andtelephone survey of C bank private bank, gather experience and insights into the front-line staff, combined with the practical experience of its work, study thetransformation scheme. Causes of scheme from several angles of macro environment,competitive environment and the SWOT method in-depth analysis of C bank privatebank restricting the development problems, and propose the corresponding solutions,Including the transformation goal, content, implementation steps and thetransformation of the transformation transformation implementation of safeguardmeasures.
