Abstract


Commercial bank is the key organazation of finance. As the medium organazation between the the supplier of the fund and the demander of the fund, Commercial bank is very important during the the fund allotion, which can improve the fund utilized efficiency and improving Chinese national economic development. Therefore, Commercial bank is one of a key factor during Chinese national economic development. Through financial reform and development, Xi’an branch of DY commercial bank’s assets, deposit, and loan have growing year by year, Its asset is157.12billons, the deposit is101.36bikkons in31th December,2012. Meanwhile, the environment has changed. Therefore, commercial bank’s financial product innovation is becoming a hot topic in China. At first, the paper has elabrated financial innovation theories, secondly, the paper has analysed the present situation and the problems of Xi’an branch of DY commercial bank’s financial product innovation. Thirdly, the paper has analysed the reasons for the problems. Fourthly, the paper has procasted tendency of DY commercial bank’s financial product innovation, the conclusions show us that Xi’an branch of DY commercial bank’s financial product innovation is tending to improve. Finally, the paper has proposed some suggestions to improve Xi’an branch of DY commercial bank’s financial product innovation.The main body of this paper is composed of six parts except the foreword and concluding remarks. First part has elabrated and evaluated literature review of commercial banks’financial product innovation.Second part has analysed the present situation of Xi’an branch of DY commercial bank’s financial product innovation.The conclusions show us that the kind of financial product has increased, manage produces has develpoed fastly, company business financial product innovation has developed rapidly, the sales volume of banking card has increased faster, the medium business innovation has also developed faster. Then, the paper has analysed the problems of Xi’an branch of DY commercial bank’s financial product innovation.The conclusions show us that the kinds of financial product are still too little, the technology of the products is too fall behind, the construct of financial product innovation is not rational, the revenue of medium products is little, which affect Xi’an branch of DY commercial bank’s financial product innovation seriously.Third part has analysed the causes of the problems, such as the scale is too small, the technology is too backward and so on.Fourth has procasted the tendency of Xi’an branch of DY commercial bank’s financial product innovation, the conclusions show us that Xi’an branch of DY commercial bank’s financial product innovation is tending to improve.Fiveth part has proposed some suggestions to improve Xi’an branch of DY commercial bank’s financial product innovation. The first is to improve technology. The second is to improve quality of human capital. The third is to improve financial inviroment. The fourth is to improve profit capability. The fifth is to increase the scale. The sixth is to carry out modularized management. The seventh is to imperfect the law. The eighth is to imperfect the regular. The ninth is to chang the way of marketing.
