The patency of the monetary policytransmission mechanism is directly related to the effectiveness of the implementationof monetary policy. In recent years, China’s central bank to regulate the economythrough monetary policy, and the effects of monetary policy is often frustrating. Weoften say that a temporary solution should be the root of the problem, if you can findthe inefficiency of monetary policy reason, will be able to prescribe the right medicineto make meaningful policy recommendations, so as to solve the problem of China’smonetary policy in the long-term loss of efficiency. We know that monetary policytake effect mainly by conduction channels on the real economy, as the main monetarypolicy transmission channels transmission channels of credit, commercial bank creditbehavior plays a vital role in the monetary policy transmission process. This articlestanding decision-making point of view of the commercial bank credit up to examinethe impact of monetary policy credit conduction.Monetary policy is to stabilize the currency and thereby promote economicgrowth as the main target, and commercial banks to pursue the objective ofmaximizing their own utility. Differences both on the target, leading to both the natureof the behavior. When changes in monetary policy, the commercial banks to plan howthe game within the boundaries permitted by the central bank with the marketenvironment to adjust their credit behavior and optimal. This will be monetary policycredit transfer theory as a precondition, combined with the optimal behavior ofcommercial bank credit, to study the impact of the commercial bank credit decisionson credit transfer efficiency, and make policy recommendations by analyzing thecorresponding influencing factors, thus contributing to the transmission mechanism ofmonetary policy, credit efficiency.According to the theoretical analysis, we can see that the central bank’s monetarypolicy on output and prices have an effect whether through credit transmissionmechanism as well as the role of the degree of size, that is, the level of credit transferefficiency will depend on the reaction of commercial banks to changes in monetarypolicy.
