Abstract


Our rural microfinance services in living at the bottom of the vulnerable groupsprovide short-term loans to them, to help ease the contradiction between supply anddemand of funds in rural areas, promote the development of rural economy. However,at this stage of the development of rural microfinance in China encountered abottleneck, a variety of external factors and limitations restrict its further development.Factors restricting the sustainable development of microfinance in China mainlyinclude: the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent, credit funds,credit interest rate control of product defects, the lack of risk sharing mechanism andcredit management is not in place, the sustainability of this restricts its development.Learn from the successful experience of case two foreign microfinance sustainabledevelopment, we should broaden the financing channels, speed up the mercerizationof interest rate reform, the government is a reasonable guide, improve the micro-creditproject design, establish micro-credit risk control mechanism and improve themicro-credit management measures.
