Abstract


The theoretical knowledge of game theory, financial risk, supply chain, finance, group lending, analyzing the characteristics of small business credit business, demand characteristics, financing status, bank credit support, summed up the causes of difficulties in financing small businesses. Financing small businesses because small businesses small scale, efficiency and unstable, bad own operating conditions, the financial system is not perfect, poor management, weak anti-risk capability impact is difficult to form the attraction of credit funds, and because the information asymmetry caused by adverse selection, moral hazard, resulting in the banks’ cost increases, resulting credit ratio.Based on the analysis of small enterprises at home and abroad on the calculation of credit risk management, credit risk limits of small enterprises credit risk mitigation, optimization, and puts forward the credit risk control of credit business of small enterprises measures in business innovation based on. One is the discussion on the transverse control risks group lending; two is the information flow and cash flow as a risk control of the whole supply chain finance.The article is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly expounds the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods. Based on the literature review, the credit risk of domestic and foreign enterprises to control objective review, summarizes the important points, the study is from the main theory and basic methods; the second part is "overview of credit risk theory of small business credit business".
