Abstract


The "twelfth five-year" plan of financial development and reform, released on September17,2012, pointed out that the government would address the financial difficulties of small and micro enterprises, encourage financial institutions sever them with innovative financial products and credit models. It also stipulate that asset securitization would be steadily promoted to facility enterprises raise money and manage asset. The dates from the national bureau of statistics shows that the total amount accounts receivable of industrial enterprises from all over the country, which main business revenue is more than20million Yuan, is8.21899trillion Yuan, which increase by17.63%compared with last year. Therefore, receivable securitization not only meets the current realistic demand but also receives support from government. In addition, receivable securitization can both reduce the amount of accounts receivable inventory, improving the operational efficiency of capital, and help the enterprises raise low-cost money from the capital market.The thesis tries to design the accounts receivable securitization product, hoping to solve the problem of mass accounts receivable faced by enterprises. Firstly, this thesis detailed introduces the concept and theory of receivable securitization. Secondly, it compares the history of asset securitization at home and abroad, then analyses the case of receivable securitization at home. Finally, this paper design a product of receivable securitization by the method of case study, then test the result with model.By specific product design, the thesis provides some example and technical support for receivable securitization later to continue the pilot or the formal run of reference. Meanwhile, through product design, this paper makes the theory of receivable securitization applied into practice, showing the process of operation of the receivable securitization.
