Abstract


"Twelfth Five-Year Program" said biotechnology as one of the fivestrategic focus of technological development, strategic development ofbiotechnology industries become China’s leading and pillar industries. Genesequencing services as the basic services of the biotechnology industry, isgradually to replace the traditional technology and tools to become theforefront of the field of biotechnology, advanced technology tools, privateequity investment fund paid more attention on this field. The private equityfund’s investment process and investment evaluation of broad investmentprojects is often not enough the practice practical guidance and there is lackof industry-specific applications This article focuses on the field of genesequencing services field PE investment, giving the necessary amendmentsand supplements on the theoretical study in the hope that the reference to theevaluation of the domestic private equity investments in the future is worthlearning. Firstly, clarify the definition of private equity investment, anddescribes the characteristics of the various stages of the private equityinvestment. Secondly, summarize the research of the evaluation system bythe domestic and foreign private equity investment fund, and stratify that thecurrent evaluation system is too broad and lack of the practice practical guidance and industry-specific application, shows the need for this study.And thus determine the direction of this research: through the analysis ofactual specific industry case, illustrate the evaluation system and methods ofgene sequencing services private equity investment project. Again, the papergive the basic research on the investment projects on the basis of thedevelopment and investment environment of gene sequencing, and give thebasis of the project investment evaluation thereafter. Finally, make a projectsapplied research on gene sequencing services private equity investmentproject case, give the evaluation indicators of the specific investment projectand pricing.
