Abstract


The path of artwork financial mode corresponding to market pattern, can follow the Art resources-Commercialization-Property-Asset-Capitalization (securitization) evolution process step by step. Through analysis of business models such as art property corresponding art licensing and art investment property portfolio, art assets corresponding art banks and art pledge financing, art capitalization corresponding art fund and art trust, art securitization corresponding art interest split based on operating income right and art options mode, sort out art financial development context into the framework of Cultural Assets and Equity Exchange, to put forward a new view to standard selection and system construction of art financial model based on Cultural Assets and Equity Exchange, simultaneously draw a conclusion of the beneficial enlightenment to business transformation of the exchange and the development of Shaanxi art financial.Through the financial operation mode to the property right transaction mechanism as the capital market of socialization and popularization, establishing the platform as the core and foundation position in art trading system, with the Cultural Assets and Equity Exchange as the centre, comprehensive bank, security, trust, insurance and other financial institutions to promote construction of the credit value transfer mechanism including art identification, evaluation, assessment and pricing. At the same time, to discuss the possibility of art business model in the post-Art Share era, one is art securitization based on operating income right, the other is art options, form of a financial derivative product.In this study, the characteristics and innovation lies in correspondence between the market formation of each stage and the model of art financial, sorting out the development context to the art financial in the Cultural Assets and Equity Exchange framework, and the inference of feasibility of higher forms of financial means, which is asset securitization based on operating income right and the financial derivatives tools business. According to present situation discussion and case study, combing art financial operation mode, proposed the standards of art financial mode selection and system establishment on Cultural Assets and Equity Exchange under analysis, and provide valuable conclusions and suggestions on art financial business transformation and development direction of Cultural Assets and Equity Exchange.Considering the five standards including the principle of market transaction, the degree of property ownership, information disclosure requirements, risk prevention measures and asset allocation function, through mode and approach of the second price sealed auction mechanism, art investment property portfolio, art lease financing and art consumption credit, the construction of art financial system based on Cultural Assets and Equity Exchange can promote the art market financial transition from production type, investment type of finance to consumption type and give full play to the function of capital market on financing, expanding the size of the market, improving the trading activity, optimizing the resource allocation efficiency.
