Abstract

Part II: single cases randomized controlled trials of TCM tumor therapy [ Objective ] To explore a single case of randomized controlled trials in TCM oncology clinical research . [ ] Combined Shiwei of Yiyuanhuoxuedan particles single treatment of chemotherapy, bone marrow suppression were randomized controlled trials , theoretical discussions , program design, implementation , summarize, and to investigate single cases of randomized controlled trials in clinical studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine Cancer reasonable , feasibility . [ Results ] in TCM chemotherapy, bone marrow suppression clinical studies successfully completed the randomized controlled trials of single cases , but the high false negative rate of its results , conclusions limited extrapolation we still have further study . [ Conclusion] The single case randomized controlled trials for TCM oncology clinical research and rationality, feasibility of full , but still worthy of our efforts to explore further research .
