Abstract


With the development of Chinese economic,there are more and more SMEs appear and grow very quickly.SME plays an important role in the national economic system. However,most of the SMEs can not get financing support from the banks.Because of China’s special national conditions, only the large state-owned enterprises can get financing support from the banks.Adapt to the demand,the informal finance in China grow very quickly.The informal finance free beyond the official financial system of our country,and form a loop of the financial system. Since in recent years, especially after2005, with the development of our economy and national policy to relax again, the informal financial develop very quickly. With the informal financial scale growing, the informal financial status get more and more attention.In2011after Wenzhou informal lending crisis,A number of officials to zhejiang informal financial study.This article mainly the normative development of informal finance research to our country. This article first introduced the paper selected topic background, purpose and significance,to review the related literature at home and abroad research achievements and evaluation, combing the proposed framework of problem analysis and research system, in the research perspectives and pattern design innovation; Illustrates the problem solving research adopted by the basic ideas, research contents, research methods and innovation. And then introduced the basic theory of the financing financial development,and illustrates the related to the financing financial development of credit rationing, information asymmetry, dual financial structure theory, etc. As a theoretical basis for the development of the financing financial norms. And then, this paper discusses the informal financial development present situation in our country, our country informal financial scale and structure, characteristics and advantages of the informal financial development in our country, as well as our country informal financial impact on both sides of the economy in our country. Then discusses the informal financial irregularities. From informal financial the excessive marketization of interest rate, the operation mechanism is not standard, unreasonable property rights system, imperfect regulatory way illustrates the characteristics and development of civil finance. Which must be standardize and develop the informal financial the conclusion. Then this paper discusses the specifications of other countries and regions, the informal financial development experience of carding and comparison. Choose the United States, Japan, Bangladesh, Taiwan as analysis object, combing and comparison in detail.Trying to explore common rules and to our country informal finance specification development enlightenment.For the final specification development method is put forward for reference.
