Abstract


With the socio-economic development and scientific and technological progress,the patent is increasingly becoming an important means to gain a competitiveadvantage, the ensuing patent violations continue to occur. An important weapon inthe market competition in an invincible position in the patent as a business, theimportance of its protection have become increasingly prominent. Patent protection isnot just rely on the actions of the state, society should rely on the actual situation ofenterprises, build long-term mechanism of patent protection, thereby reducing theimpact of patent infringement for. From the actual case, combined with empiricalresearch, analysis of relevant conclusions for Henan Henghao Glass Co., Ltd., isdesigned to provide theoretical and practical foundation for enterprises to build areasonable patent protection for long-term mechanism, thereby enabling the enterpriseto obtain patent protection good benefits. Patents and the concept of long-termmechanism in detail, and then introduced the theory used in this article, including thevalue of patent protection, patent protection mechanism, patent early warningmechanism,"rights", corporate intellectual property management departmentorganizational structure, this paper has laid a good theoretical basis. In Chapter patentprotection mechanisms the Henghao Glass Company, including Heng Haointroduction, Organizational structure，The advantages of the mechanism and Thedisadvantages of the mechanism, which is the main part of this article. The fifthchapter of patent protection recommendations consists of four parts, includingAwareness-raising，establishing a rational organization，building an early warningmechanism and a patent rights protection mechanism。
