Abstract


In the early1990s, Jane Hopland first proposed a "strategic alliance" concept,which represents a formal change of market competition. Since then, at home andabroad have set off a craze "strategic alliance" research. The fierce marketcompetition in the constantly increasing demand for innovation and at the same timelimit the development of "closed innovation”. Cooperative innovation has graduallybecome the ultimate goal of the enterprise alliance and risen to the concept of the"Industrial Innovation alliance". With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,accumulation and development knowledge capital has become the fundamentaldriving force of industrial innovation, in order to promote capital accumulation anddevelopment of knowledge, Science and technology service industry came into being.After a study of manufacturing technological innovation alliance, industrialInnovation Alliance of academia began to shift to other industries. Technologicalservices as a modern service industry to promote the development of high-tech withmultiple industrial “industrial linkage effects”. In this paper, the Science andtechnology service industry as object of study, analyses the Science and technologyservice industry Alliance theory and study the Science and technology serviceindustry Innovation Alliance space to run to Guangzhou City on the case of CISInternational Science and Technology Cooperation of Guangdong Province. Thepaper is divided into six chapters:The first and second chapters are Respectively introduce the researchbackground, significance, concept definition of Science and technology serviceindustry Innovation Alliance, and the industry at home and abroad InnovationAlliance review, and then clear the object of study, objectives, methods and ideas.The third chapter discusses the theoretical basis of the Science and technologyservice industry Innovation industry Alliance, basic types, components, and formationand characteristics of operating space to provide a theoretical basis for Construction and research space operating mechanism of Technology Service Industries InnovationAlliance.The fourth chapter analyzes the structure, formation and obstacles of spaceoperating mechanism of Technology Service Industries Innovation Alliance. Itincludes space operating dynamic mechanism, space operating control mechanism,knowledge creation and transfer mechanism and profit allocation mechanism. Therealways are some obstacles to limit the space operating of Technology ServiceIndustries Innovation Alliance.The fifth Chapter is Case empirical of SPACE Operating mechanism of S&Tservice industry innovation alliance. Guangdong-CIS International Science andTechnology Cooperation as a case to study, interview survey data, documentationand statistical information as the basis to analyze its operating space,space operatingmechanism and obstacles mechanism.The sixth chapter is the conclusion, content and views of this study weresummarized and elaborated further efforts in the direction of this study.
