Abstract


The rural credit cooperatives as the mainstay of rural cooperative finance in China have 50 years of history. During the development of rural cooperative financial sector, domestic and foreign economic theory has been particularly hot issue. China began a series of pilot rural credit cooperatives reform from August 2003. In this new situation, to face the process of development of rural cooperative financial problems, China’s rural cooperative research more appropriate model for the financial development of China’s rural cooperative financial development has a very important meaning and value.The first part introduces the rural cooperative financial research background, research ideas and innovations of this article, which in the current tide of financial reform, financial reform and development cooperation to address rural problems, efforts to explore the conditions for the development of rural cooperative financial model has important practical significance.The second part focuses on the current domestic financial development of rural cooperative model, the development prospects of the research results.The third part focuses on three countries of Germany, the United States, Canada on co-finance the exploration and practice, and extracts it from the EnlightenmentThe fourth part focuses on the development of China’s rural cooperative financial history and current status.
