Abstract


HSM group is a large scale conglomerate specializes in the MDI manufacture.The demand of MDI is also increased sharply with the continuously develop using of MDI. And meanwhile the supply chain request for the finish goods dispatch is becoming higher and higher. Under the pressure of more and more intense market competition, the group is forced to cut down the operation cost to empower the competition. This thesis began with the research on the current logistics package problems in HSM group and have a very detail analysis on the problems in the field of logistics cost, quality and safety. And then depend on the theory of logistics cost, quality and safety to have detail induction on the advantage of above mentioned three parts of ISO Tank. Through the research data and then use the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process to finally get the result that ISO tank should be the best liquid chemical products packing method for HSM group. Thereafter we conduct a detail trial on using ISO tank in HSM group and then have a detail improvement analysis according to the trial data. We can find from the research that ISO tank dispatch can solve the current problems of HSM group and could lead to the result of increased competition.
