Abstract


Normal University student organizations is an important part of the Normal University,it is an important and effective way to carry out education. Student organizations recuperate for the shortage of the classroom teaching, it play an important effect in training students comprehensive practical ability and promoting student employment entrepreneurship. In this study, Normal University student organizations as an entry point to explore the connection of the Normal University student organizations and the entrepreneurial capability of students’, then provide feasible suggestions for the entrepreneurial capabilities of Normal University students as well as the development of student organizations.This research focused on three areas: the awareness of the entrepreneurship with the Normal University teachers and students; the influence of the Normal University student organizations with the entrepreneurial capacity of students; the factors of the improvement of the Normal University students’entrepreneurial capabilities and the development of student organizations. In this paper, using qualitative research methods choose Anshan Normal University as a case study. Through the interviews with teachers to master the development of students organization and the recognization of the entrepreneurial capacity and the comprehension of the change of the students participate in student organizations; by the observation to the student organizations and the interview to the members of the student organizations and intuitively reveal the connection of the students of Normal University Student organizations and the elevation of entrepreneurial capacity.The results show that: The Normal University students participation in student organizations,their organizational skills, personal adaptability, communication and interpersonal skills, decision-making and planning capabilities have been enhanced.With the development of the student organizations,there have been some problems,such as the funding of the student organizations ,the limition of the student organizations venues.Normal University student organizations should be enhance more managements and efforts,and developm the entrepreneurship education to paly an educational role,to improve the entrepreneurial spirit and the entrepreneurial capacity of the students.
