Abstract


School-based training by the school based on the needs of the school and their teachers, teacher education and teaching as the main issues surrounding the conduct of research and learning activities, is a new form of continuing education for teachers. It will help ease the contradiction between engineering, to make up for the lack of funding for teacher training for the professional development of teachers in rural areas is more of a realistic option. With the new round of curriculum reform progresses, how to substantially increase the capacity of rural primary and secondary school teachers teach and promote their professional development is becoming increasingly prominent. In this process, people gradually realized the importance of school-based training and to implement school-based training efforts. As education reform, \Located in the eastern coastal Jiangsu although at the national socio-economic development leader, but the South \u0026 North, urban and rural differences still exist between the education and development is not balanced, so that different levels of school-based training atmosphere between schools differ. In this paper, Yancheng, for example, through the use of questionnaires and interviews investigate Northern-based training in rural primary and secondary school teachers to analyze the problem, in order to improve rural primary and secondary teachers in Northern-based training, and promoting the professional development of teachers in rural primary and secondary useful to explore. Thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, an overview of the research topic background, significance, research status, research ideas and methods, concepts defined. The second part of school-based training and professional development of teachers between starting school-based training to clarify the relevant theories in Northern-based training in rural primary and secondary school teachers in the necessity and feasibility. The third part, to investigate the basis of information obtained from different angles describe Northern Yancheng Teachers in rural areas the overall situation of school-based training. The fourth part, revealing the current Northern-based training in rural primary and secondary school teachers in the sense of content and form, lead and other aspects of professional issues and to analyze its causes. The fifth part, based on the improvement of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Northern-based training, proposed the creation of teacher learning and resource center to promote principals promote Leadership, select the appropriate form of training, fostering a harmonious school culture, the integration of multiple evaluation mechanisms and other specific countermeasures and suggestions.
