Abstract

Research purposes of this study college students' sense of psychological stress questionnaire, the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (adult volume), Coping Style Questionnaire study of the status quo of college students in Hunan Province sense of psychological stress, personality, coping style and its relationship to deepen and to expand the sense of psychological pressure of college students and hope through research found that the main source of stress for College Students, Students' Psychological Crisis prevention. Research methods by stratified cluster sampling principle extraction Hunan Province, more representative of the location in central Hunan (Changsha, Shaoyang, Yiyang, Xiangtan, Zhuzhou), Shonan (Chenzhou, Hengyang, Yongzhou), Hunan (Huaihua, Zhangjiajie) and northern Hunan (CGD) to 22 schools, a total of 2000 questionnaires, 1870 were 1628 valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 87.06%. SPSS15.0 statistical software for data processing, statistical methods used for general descriptive analysis, analysis of variance, multiple comparisons (LSD), multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results, Hunan college students overall sense of psychological pressure average score of 1.81, in the sense of lower pressure level, pressure rating divided by the questionnaire designer. Males had higher overall sense of pressure or individuals own pressure, social environment pressure, are very significant and with higher than girls (P lt; 0.01); sense of College Students' overall psychological pressure and each factor are exist significant grade difference (P lt; 0.05) ; different types of schools Students' sense of psychological pressure difference is only in love pressure and low self-esteem pressure on two factors (P lt; 0.05). Different professional college students psychological pressure sense in the sense of social environmental pressure to adapt to the pressure, career pressure and emotional pressure in four areas exist significant differences (P lt; 0.05); urban and rural college students psychological pressure sense is a very significant difference in health pressure factor (P lt ; 0.01); the Only healthy sense of pressure was significantly higher than the child College Students (P lt; 0.05) 2, Hunan Province, college college students personality traits the four factors of the score with the national norm youth group is very significant difference (P lt; 0.01); of University Students in the spirit of quality factor exists significant difference (P lt; 0.05); different types of schools students neurotic factor there is a significant difference (P lt; 0.05); different majors in the spirit of neuroticism and concealing the existence of significant differences (P lt; 0.05); different gender, different sources and only child and non-child personality characteristic, there is no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). 3 college students in Hunan province coping style order to solve the problem, help, retreat, fantasy, rationalization, self-blame. Male and female students respond to the way in addition to fantasy factor reached significant level (P lt; 0.05); of University Students in addition to help other factors are exist significant differences (P lt; 0.05); different types of schools students to solve problems, self-blame and rationalize the existence of significant differences (P lt; 0.05); different professional college students coping way does not exist significant differences (P gt; 0.05); college students in rural source of fantasy, retreat and rationalization and other negative coping way significantly higher than urban students ( P lt; 0.05). 4 College Students in Hunan Province sense of psychological pressure out of the personality traits of psychoticism and neuroticism factor into a positive correlation (r = .060 *; r = 0.025), with both internal and external to conceal factor is a negative correlation (r = -0.02; r = -0.024). 5, the overall sense of psychological pressure and coping style of college students in Hunan Province to solve the problem, help actively respond to a negative correlation (r = -0.034; r = -0.002), and self-blame, fantasy, retreat and rationalization of a negative response or intermediate type response was very significant positive correlation (r = .440 **; r = .382 **; r = .344 **; r = .356 **). 6, the spiritual quality of Hunan College Personality Characteristics of Students and coping style, self-blame, fantasy, retreat and rationalization was a very significant positive correlation (r = .080 **; r = .068 **; r = .093 ** ; r = .101 **). Conclusion of the study, Hunan college students a sense of psychological pressure lighter, but their own personal sense of psychological pressure of the factor scores were significantly higher than the sense of psychological pressure of the social environment and factor scores, the top five sources of stress pressure from individuals own aspect. , Hunan college students is relatively outward simplicity; spirit points lower quality, can get along with others, to adapt to the environment; nervousness points higher. 3, Hunan Coping sequence is: to solve problems, help, retreat, fantasy, rationalization, self-blame. 4, the overall sense of psychological stress and personality characteristics of college students in Hunan Province psychoticism and neuroticism factor into a positive correlation with both internal and external to conceal factor negatively related to problem-solving; coping style, help actively respond to a negative correlation with self- responsibility, fantasy, retreat and rationalization of a negative response or an intermediate response was positively correlated. 5 personality traits and coping styles of college students in Hunan Province have some predictive power of the sense of psychological pressure.
