Abstract


China's vegetable farmers as a major producer of the subject , and its production is directly related to strategic behavior vegetable quality and safety. In this paper, Giddens \strategic behavior is achieved. The study found : First, farmers on the production of pollution-free vegetables and safety standards for food insecurity caused by the consequences of vegetables , government regulation and market related social and economic factors such as the impact on production safety awareness , directly determines the farmers without pollution vegetable production safety standards. Two structural elements is pollution-free vegetable production safety for farmers behavior of performance: by farmers age, education level , household income and other resources factors, and gender, arable land , vegetable planting area has nothing to do ; perceived violations by government regulation was found to influence the likelihood of , and farmers perceived likelihood of punishment and punishment irrelevant ; affected by pollution-free vegetable prices , the impact of the expected benefits , and pollution-free vegetable market risk, the cost of production ; affected by morality , public opinion influence and media supervision, honor concept irrelevant . Third, farmers organic vegetable production policy behavior in the selection process , the use of practical consciousness and discourse awareness for its pollution-free vegetable production safety reflective monitored to maintain ontological security ; while in the process , pollution-free vegetable production because farmers limited cognitive ability , with technology and information are limited , resulting in the production process of the emergence of unintended consequences ; according duality of structure , these unintended consequences constitute the organic vegetable farmers prerequisite for safe production . The author believes that farmers' strategic behavior bounded rationality and its production uncertainty and irreversibility , etc., required to form the government , farmers and cooperatives intellectual overlay, complementary advantages, in order to truly achieve pollution-free vegetables quality and safety.
