Abstract


The language system of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Traditional Chinese Medical Language System TCMLS) is the world's largest , most complete data domain ontology plays an important role in many fields of scientific research and application of Chinese medicine . With the continuous expansion of the amount of data TCMLS the difficulty of building has also been improved, which incompleteness and inconsistency of data problems restrict its further development and application . Therefore , how to take advantage of the existing knowledge of the field , to promote the further improvement and development of Chinese medicine ontology construction the TCMLS construction as well as the entire medical information , are of great significance . In this paper , based on the actual situation of of TCM the field of data , combined with the field of Chinese medicine ontology and the field of literature and put forward one kind based on the field of Chinese medicine ontology and the field of literature the semantic relationship discovery and validation methods , and on this basis to further the study extended to probability areas, probability - based semantic relation discovery methods , and test them in practice . The main content of the thesis is as follows : The first chapter is the background introduction of the system , in this chapter the background of the design of the system , application environment, and knowledge are introduced . Chapter two to five core content of this article , including the problems faced by the method of design ideas , detailed design and implementation , and experimental testing and results . The second chapter is the introduction to the overall architecture of the whole system . The third chapter describes the main problems facing the text processing in Chinese medicine , as well as the corresponding solution , including the two parts of the text preprocessing and relation extraction based on association rules . The fourth chapter describes the semantic relationship discovery and validation methods . The fifth chapter is the method further explore , research will be extended to the discovery of the field based on the probability of semantic relations proposed probability - based semantic relation discovery method . Chapter VI of the Master of the stages involved in the other projects are summarized . Chapter VII is a summary of the full-text content , summarize achievements and weaknesses based on the prospect of the next step of the research work .
