Abstract


Chemical water treatment system is a very important part in power plant, the natural water contains harmful material composition, directly using of natural water will produce the corrosive destruction to the factory equipment, it must go through a process of processing before it can be used. PLC system becomes the most applied auxiliary system in a power plant chemical water treatment because of its many obvious advantages.This paper uses Siemens’s S7-400 redundant series PLC as hypogynous computer, using the Intellution company’s iFix as superior institutions to compose a chemical water treatment two level control system, realizing remote monitoring and manual automatic control function of the chemical water system, designing the chemical water projects of PLC control system in a company in hebei, China. Through the use of the whole system, greatly improving the chemical water system’s automation level of the company.This paper introduces the details of the content from the issue of research background and significance to start, and then making a certain introduction of the chemical water system present situation and developing trend, introducing PLC control system and this paper’s research content. Then introducing chemical water technology, and then is to identify the overall scheme of the project, after that the design of hardware and software of the control system is introduced, and then introducing the debugging of the control system. The last of the full text summarizes and looks into the distance of the chemical water control system development direction.
