Abstract


Cultural industries as a 21st century \the importance of all-round \In recent years, the development of cultural industries in Changsha County has made considerable progress, but in general, the culture industry is still in its early stages in Changsha County, overall strength is not strong, low industrial structure has yet to be vigorously developed. Both from the perspective of sustainable development of the county economy, continue to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people, concerned about the development of the cultural industry in Changsha County has a very important significance. Firstly, on current research and development of the cultural industry trends at home and abroad on the definition of culture, cultural industries, the characteristics of the cultural industry, the status and role of the formation and development of the cultural industry conditions as well as cultural industries in the industrial system were analyzed and reviewed the basic theory of the general mode of development of the cultural industry and competitive strategy theory, the theory of comparative advantage, SWOT analysis. Introduced the situation of Changsha County, the extensive use of statistics and survey data to analyze the status of the development of cultural industries in Changsha County based on using SWOT (internal strengths S, disadvantages W, external opportunities facing the O and Challenges T) analysis in-depth analysis the development of cultural industries in Changsha County has formed a general consensus and rich cultural resources, excellent location, good industrial base, a strong momentum of economic development and other advantages, there are also small-scale cultural enterprises, low industrial level, weak technological base, human resources the relative shortage disadvantage analysis become a new consumption hot spots in the current national cultural industry development policy environment, cultural consumption, the development of cultural industries will help to improve the industrial structure and good opportunities, while also facing the local development environment is not optimal, competitive regional financing channels such as poor severe challenges.
