Abstract


The concept of the supply chain ( SUPPLY CHAIN ??) first appeared in the 1980s , the development so far , supply chain management more and more importance in enterprises . Cost management is most especially important link in the supply chain management . Modern enterprise management experts pointed out that the quality of management of the supply chain costs directly related to the survival of enterprises , supply chain cost management is one of the focus of the contemporary enterprise reform , reduce costs is also an important goal of supply chain management . After China's accession to the WTO , China's small and medium manufacturing enterprises are facing more intense competition , the cost of supply chain management will become a new breakthrough point of these enterprises to gain competitive advantage .
