Since Z Corporation introduced the dispatched workers in 2003, the dispatched workers have always played an important role in the production and management of Z Corporation, and the management of dispatched workers has also become a topic being studied by the company.The study of dispatched workers from the perspective of psychological contract become a hotspot gradually, while the empirical study of dispatched workers’psychological contract violation has rarely been involved in.This research selects the dispatched workers in Z Corporation as the research objects,and conducts the empirical study by such statistical methods as principal component analysis and so on.This paper investigated the following questions:the main contents of psychological contract violation of dispatch system employees;the differences of psychological contract violations of dispatched workers towards the dispatching institution and the employer; and the measures of how to reduce the risk of dispatched workers’psychological contract violation.The conclusions from this research are as follows:firstly,the psychological contract contents of dispatched workers towards the dispatching institution and the employer have many differences,so do their psychological contract violations. Secondly, to raise the organizational loyalty of dispatched workers,the employer should first innovate the mechanism,update their employment concepts,weaken the identity differences,achieve the goal of’equal pay for equal work’;then the employer should expand the career development channel for dispatched workers, provide them with an opportunity of being transformed to contract workers.Because such kind of human resource management mechanism as'Being ready for job transfer’ could not only effectively motivate the dispatched workers,but could also urge on the contract workers of organization; lastly the employer must share the organization’s development results with the dispatched workers, approve the employee’s values and contributions to the organization, thus offer both parties a good atmosphere for the further cooperation.The innovation spots of this research could be reflected in several ways:Firstly, it conducted an empirical study from the aspect of the dispatched workers’psychological contract violation both towards the employer and the dispatching institution, and analyzed various aspects of psychological contract violation in the dispatching activity in a comprehensive way. Secondly, it conducts the empirical study of the dispatching activity of Z Corporation and dispatching institution in current situation, and focuses on the measures of keeping away the dispatched workers’psychological contract violation in Z Corporation, this could be a useful reference for the further regulation of dispatching activity and for the improvement of the human resource management level of dispatched workers.
