In this paper, the development of biomass power generation project background, expounded China's rapid development of biomass power generation projects many problems existing in the process proposed in this paper on China's biomass power generation project to study the significance of Sustainability Assessment , the main research contents and methods ; based project evaluation theory and theory of sustainable development , by analyzing the characteristics of biomass power generation projects and their sustainability connotation, this results from the technical , financial and economic , social impact , environmental impact , and project management of their own effect five aspects of analysis of the impact of biomass power generation project sustainability factors , and the idea of ??AHP was constructed from five aspects of a hierarchical structure for the sustainability of biomass power generation project evaluation index system , the design of health biomass Power Generation project sustainability comprehensive evaluation model ; Finally, this paper established the sustainability of biomass power generation project evaluation index system and evaluation model for the province W biomass power generation project sustainability evaluation, research shows that this paper established index system and evaluation model has better applicability. In this thesis, the sustainability of biomass power generation project evaluation study for the future of biomass power generation project investment decisions provide a favorable basis , to some extent, to avoid blind investment in such projects is conducive to ecological, economic, social sustainable development ; addition, the paper also proposes to promote existing biomass power generation projects as well as the sustainable development of biomass power generation industry proposal , and I hope the government administration and project management staff play a certain reference.
