Abstract


At the present, investment in fixed assets as most important method to boost economic growth, Jilin Provincial Government implement the State’s regulatory requirements conscientiously, under the guidance of governments’macro-control policies,holding on the"A new starting point, Seizing new opportunities, Meeting new challenges, Achieving a new leap forward".As the theme of" Scientific development, Comprehensive revitalization, Enrich the people and province",implement investment-led unswervingly. Strengthen to construct important projects, enhance the financial support,keeping Investment growth sustained and fast.Boost to construct economic, political, cultural, social and ecological civilization.Based on building a Harmonious Society, Jilin Provinc will have a new stage to To achieve new and greater development.But during analysis the fixed-asset investment data of Jilin Provinc,we find some Problems and shortcomings of regulatory policies to solve.The policies of government problems in aeras of the fixed assets investment in Jilin Province are concerned in the thesis. Three parts contained except the preface and the conclusion. Part One discuss the problem in theory of cost in fixed assets investment and the mechanism of the government supervision. Part Two analysis the current performance of the fixed assets investment in Jilin Province.Part Three through the problems,find out some applications to advice regulatory policies in Jilin Province.
