Abstract


With the worsening of soil heavy metals pollution, food safety has caused great concern in the community. In this study, Artemisia as a material, plant absorption characteristics and food safety through investigation and biological potted test, described from the point of view of biology, environmental toxicology, in-depth understanding of the relationship between agricultural production and soil heavy metal pollution; investigate the contaminated soil on the measures applied into improver reach both able to maintain a certain level of production, and while control soil heavy metal transfer from soil to crops in vivo, and to improve the quality of vegetables, construction to provide the basis for the the guiding environmental quality and food safety. Soil heavy metals pollution through effective agronomic measures to reduce the risk of harm to human health through the soil - vegetable system. This study consists of three parts: 1. Artemisia Safety Evaluation for Human Artemisia base soil environmental quality assessment; 2 different concentrations of Cd sewage simulation of irrigation on the the Artemisia growth and Cd accumulation characteristics; 3. applied improver of the Artemisia growth and Cd enrichment characteristics. Monitoring results show that there are local acidification the Nanjing Baguazhou Artemisia planting base soil. Acquisition in Bagua Luhao Base 38 soil surface samples, and four kinds of soil heavy metal pollution evaluation results show that, Baguazhou Artemisia cleaner base soil environmental quality, soil Cd content than soil environmental quality standards, two samples Cu pollution is more serious, Pb, zn all in compliance with the standard. The index method in accordance with the national standards, the Nanjing Baguazhou Artemisia base soil pollution index average of 0.60 is the level of security. Artemisia sample with the heavy metal content in soil is not significant. However, Cd and Pb in Artemisia higher rate of accumulation, in all samples Artemisia sample content exceeding the limits of the pollution-free vegetables, which constitute a threat to the health of residents of Artemisia regular consumption produced in the region. Biological pot experiment to study the impact of different concentrations of Cd-containing wastewater irrigation on the Artemisia growth and Cd accumulation characteristics. The results showed that Artemisia has a strong resistance of Cd were higher than that of the control, the processing of of Artemisia dry weight and root vigor; chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content generally presents a low Cd (0.3 to 20mg · kg-1) treatment increase in carotenoid content of high Cd (gt; 20.0 mg · kg-1) treatment to reduce the law; C1 (0.3mg · kg-1) and C2 (1.Omg · kg-1) treatment compared with the control Cd treatment level of more than 1.0 mg · kg-1 after class carotene content than the control, and gradually decreased with the increase in the concentration of Cd treatment rendering; Artemisia roots, stems, leaves have a strong Cd enrichment Cd content of the different organs to root gt; stem gt; leaves, soil Cd treatment capacity in the 0.3 ~ 40.0mg · kg-1 within the root Cd accumulation in leaves and stems with the amount of the raise of soil Cd treatment increased, and both was highly significant (p lt; 0.01) positive correlation; under low Cd treatment level, the Artemisia ground part of the enrichment factor greater than 1, with such a high enrichment factor as a vegetable to grow is unsafe, control Lo Artemisia quality and safety is a work of great practical significance. The application of different amendments on Artemisia growth has a different degree of promotion, the high amount of charcoal (10g · kg-1) have a better role in promoting the growth of Artemisia's. Amendments on the role of Artemisia growth, the charcoal can significantly reduce the root of Artemisia, stems and leaves of Cd content, and with the increase in the concentration of the bamboo charcoal to reduce the effect of organic fertilizer as well as charcoal, but charcoal and organic The fertilizer complex administering better improved, second only to the high concentration of charcoal (10 g kg-1). The enrichment factor of Artemisia and migration coefficient also has a similar effect. This is mainly due to the charcoal to improve soil pH, to reduce soil available Cd content of, complexation soil free Cd2, increased soil Cd precipitation chelation, inhibition of Cd in plants in vivo migration transport, reduce Cd bioavailability, thus reducing the Artemisia absorption of Cd charcoal as a new modifier, plants absorb heavy metals Cd stronger role in the improvement of regulation in the control of heavy metal contamination of agricultural products will have a good prospect of application .
