Abstract


Today, throughout the world , the development of computer software industry flourishing , and because of the many advantages of patent protection , making computer software patent protection become common knowledge , specifically how conditions in the context of computer software for more effective protection , 2006 \\In recent practice, some of the problems caused by the reflection and research , on the basis SIPO existing legal and institutional framework of the standard of review , analyze and learn from foreign treatment of computer software features a modular architecture product patent protection in the form of thinking and research related issues , aimed at a clear understanding of the functional modules of computer software architecture product patent protection in the form of current problems and improve the orientation and seriously consider proposals in order to provide help for the further study of computer software product patent protection . This paper is divided into five chapters , in particular: Chapter One: Computer software modules architecture overview of product patent protection . Introduces the concept of computer software , features , trends ; computer software patent protection features , trends and existing problems ; well as the relevant provisions of the function module architecture , the necessity and the problems arising .
