Abstract


Forging machinery and equipment is one of the important manufacturing sector, which is the main equipment in information products,electronic machinery, motor vehicles,and other industry. Based on servo motor,NC heavy duty mechanical drive technology is a combination of new and high technology and traditional mechanical technology.Servo driven mechanical press is a kind of controllable mechanism which possesses merits both of the traditional press with high speed, effective, lost cost and modern parallel mechanism with high precision and controllability.The elbow-bar servo driven press is a kind of new model machine,which is driven directly by a servomotor.Comparing with the traditional mechanical or hydraulic type of punch machine, the machine not only shows its high speed, noise elimination, power saving and environment harmony, but also has the advantages of easy control and great flexibility. Thus,to meet the pressure of the flexible production equipment needs,develop a new direct-drive servo press, and provide theoretical and technical basis for the development of advanced machine tools.To begin with the analysis of the existing equipment, weaknesses of all kinds of mechanical presses is discussed, which proposed the idea of direct-drive servo motor presses and carried out a feasibility analysis. Based on working principle and design requirements of the the elbow-bar servo presses, to select and design the main drive system. obtainning the slider displacement, velocity, acceleration analytical expression of main drive system with vector equation analysis method and solving their analysis with MATLAB software tools. as a basis,the servo motor power is analyzed and verified.Then,this paper executes the kinematical simulation and optimization of this main drive system by using mufti-body system dynamics software ADAMS. Through the structural optimization of the main driven system to determine the optimal parameters of the structure and verify the servo motor power. At last, stress-strain static structures analysis of the key parts of the main driven system is analyzed, by using the advanced Finite Element Analysis software-ANSYS. It provides the dependable basis for detail design of the system,ensures the reliability and security of the design,By the design argument of theory and simulation the main drive system of the servo press is successful to achieve the desired objectives in this paper.
