Abstract


In recent years, as the development of science technology, and the energy is becoming less and less and the pollution of the environment becoming more and more serious, people are looking for the Renewable, Inexhaustible, Clean and Green energy. The wind energy and water energy are the Green energy with great potential and promising prospect, they can convert into the superlative form of energy-electric energy easily, and the economic benefit is excellent. However, the wind’s randomicity, intermittence and seasons lead to the output of wind power not smoothly, so that the stability and security of the electric power system will be reduced. Therefore, how to use the reasonable method to improve the stability of power which flowed from wind farm to power network, and through the improvement of the structure of the power network to increase the wind power’ proportion in the capacity of power network , these are the problems that need to solve urgently at present.Aim at the problems of the continuity and stability of wind power, we need a hybrid power system, combining the virtue of hydraulic turbine generator set, this dissertation represents the method—wind-hydraulic turbine generator hybrid power system. The method was analyzed in theory and the feasibility in technology was discussed in this dissertation. By a series of building model and simulating in Matlab/Simulink, the method was proved to improve the stability of power which flowed from wind farm to power network.Firstly, the model of wind turbine generator system is set up and simulated. The system model of wind turbine generator system includes two parts: one is wind turbine generator set and other is electric power system. All of the models are built under circumstance of Matlab/Simulink, and through a series experiment of simulating to prove the correctness and the affectivity of the models, the wind turbine generator set dynamic character is analyzed.Secondly, the model of hydraulic turbine generator system is set up and simulated. The system model of hydraulic turbine generator system includes two parts: one is hydraulic turbine generator set and other is electric power system. All of the models are built under circumstance of Matlab/Simulink, and through a series experiment of simulating to prove the correctness and the affectivity of the models, the hydraulic turbine generator set dynamic character is analyzed.Finally, the model of wind turbine generator system and the model of hydraulic turbine generator system were integrated, and the complex model is called wind-hydraulic turbine generator hybrid power system. It was suffered under both situations of static and dynamic simulation with using wind speed data which from the fact wind farm, and results proved that thesystem model is corrective and effective.The wind-hydraulic turbine generator hybrid power system which this dissertationrepresents is used to make the stability of power which flowed from wind farm to power network come true. And it made an active probe about how to increase the wind power’ proportion in the capacity of power network. The simulation results provide the theory foundation for how to increase the Position of wind turbine generator system in Energy Supply system.
