Abstract


"Population aging" is the very serious problem placed in each country in the world, especially for the developing countries with some security perfectly system. Throughout all sectors of the Government or the ageing of the population to the process, although at different times.It is different from the definition, but it is the same as the impact of profound. And the ageing of the population will be doomed to economic, political, caused many affected areas.China, as a population country, in the beginning of this century as the elderly population will be the largest number of countries, many of the ageing of the research on the social issues become very urgent. This paper is based on this factor. From the connotation、the development trendageing, changing on China maintenance of ageing. in the way the point of the elderly living space an integral part of doing to improve and extend the thinking design, with a view to formulating appropriate measures to the relevant departments or the elderly Development of living space, and many other activities to a certain extent learn. elderly living space research, a comprehensive problem, so in the living environment of its design and construction, must be based on a principle of "people-centered" , that is, in the living environment in the implementation of ergonomic-related principle is the focus of the design is the basis for this study.
