In the top of the multi - rise buildings , often due to the use of the functional needs of the construction of the small tower in the earthquake , the largest overall structure of the presence of a small tower will generate internal forces can not be ignored . The results of a modal analysis of the three models to explore the variation of the structure at the top of the additional small towers of the dynamic characteristics of the structure . In order to thoroughly investigate the seismic performance of the structure , the paper also large finite element software SAP2000 analysis of the structure under rare earthquake structural dynamic elastoplastic can perform the calculation . The structure of the elastic-plastic state , the structural dynamic response performance of the two models are very different from the papers discussed in detail by comparative analysis of the different response of the two models in rare earthquake .
